Customer withdrawal right applies for some products bought through this website shop, according to consumers rights in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16 , modified in Law 3/2014 of March 27.
But there are some other products that are NOT included in this consumer right, which are the following:
- CHASSIS of PARAMOTOR, CHASSIS of TRIKES and TRIKES
- Accessories made on our sewing workshop: COVERS, HARNESSES, FASTENING STRAPS, SLINGS,…
- These kind of items implies a handmade and personalized production depending on the different options that the client chooses in terms of: material, color, disassembly, etc. (for chassis), and measures, sizes, colors, etc. (for sewing accessories). For this reason we work on request, once the client confirms and chooses between the different offered options. This is why the photos of the chassis or trike models presented on our website may not always be binding on the model that the customer chooses in his order.
- PARAGLIDERS & RESCUES, for safety reasons and due to its special characteristics (delicate material, special packaging-folding, specially susceptible to be damaged when open or handle it) and because of these items are personalized for any customer respect of colors, sizes, etc.
- ELECTRICITY-ELECTRONICS items and OTHERS. For instance: ELECTRIC STARTER, TACHOMETER, VARIO, GPS, COIL, STATOR, CARBURETTOR, SPARK PLUG, …etc. cannot be returned.
All the above mentioned products are EXCLUDED from customer right of withdrawal or return.
For rest of products bought through this website shop (not contained in the above list) the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal or return, counting from the date he has received the order.
For this right to apply, the following conditions are also necessary:
1. Customer have to contact our company to obtain our conformity before proceeding to return the product. And then we need the time to receive the product back and check it, before we can finally approve it
2. he must communicate to our company his decision to withdraw from his purchase in writting, preferently via e-mail to: [email protected]
3. the returned products must be and arrive to our factory in perfect conditions, with no sign, no wear, no deterioration
4. the returned products must have the same configuration as they were originally sent, they could not have been manipulated by customers (nor dismounted, nor open, nor adjusted, etc. When the customer first receive the product in case it does not work fine or has any failure, he must contact us, instead of proceeding on his own).
5. the returned products will be packed in a suitable way for its return, with the same or similar package and protection as they were originally received, fastened enough inside the box or cover, for it not to move inside and being damage during transport. AIRFER won’t accept any returned product when it arrives with any sign, or it is damaged in any way, or in case it is unprotected (bad package).
The shipping cost of returning a product will be at customer expenses.
When the right of withdrawal corresponds, there are two options for the customer, he can:
1. Either get a voucher for the returned product value, to exchange it for some other product if he needs (depending on the value of the new product – in case it is a different price – the customer would pay the difference, or we would reimburse the difference to him).
The shipping cost of the new product would be at customer expenses .
2. Or obtain the refund for the returned product paid amount, in this case we will proceed within 14 calendar days, to make the refund to the customer by bank transfer, or by credit card (in case he had paid his order by card). (We will only make the refund by Pay Pal to customers outside the European Union, or by credit card in case they had used this method to pay his order).
We may retain the refund or shipment of the new product until we have received the returned product and checked it.
